Rusoft Innovation offers free worldwide shipping for eligible orders unless a product page, promotion, checkout page, or Shipping Policy states otherwise.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including:

- Customs inspections.

- Severe weather.

- Public holidays.

- Incorrect delivery information.

- Events of force majeure.

Shipping destinations, delivery conditions, tracking availability, customs responsibilities, and related limitations are described in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Rusoft Innovation is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

All requests are subject to the eligibility requirements, exclusions, inspection procedures, and shipping responsibilities established in our Return and Refund Policy.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit. Returned products must be reviewed and approved by Rusoft Innovation.

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Services will be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Georgia and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country or state of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent legally permitted or separated from the Terms.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision in the future.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any additional policies displayed through the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rusoft Innovation concerning your use of the Services.

21. Changes to These Terms

Rusoft Innovation may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our Services, operations, policies, or legal obligations.

The updated Terms will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Additional notice will be provided when required by applicable law.
